How do you say “let’s” in Hebrew?

Hebrew has no separate word for “let’s” — it borrows the future tense. נצייר is literally “we will draw,” but in this drawing tutorial it means “let’s draw.” Every step works the same way: נצייר את הגוף, “let’s draw the body,” נוסיף זנב, “let’s add a tail.” When a Hebrew verb starts with ־נ and points at the future, listen for an invitation, not a prediction.

Speakers often warm the pattern up with בוא/בואי/בואו (“come”): בואו נצייר — “come on, let’s draw.” The tutorial signs off with another tiny gem: זהו — “that’s it, done” — the word Israelis use to close anything, from a drawing to a meeting.
