What does “fi aman Allah” mean?

في أمان الله (fi amān Allāh) literally means “in God’s safety” and works as a common Arabic farewell. Speakers often pair it with مع السلامة (maʿa as-salāma), “with safety.” Together, the phrases make goodbye feel less like ending a call and more like wishing someone protection.
