What are Dragon Balls in anime?
Dragon Ball is a Japanese manga and anime by Akira Toriyama. The manga began in 1984; the anime started in 1986 and reached American TV in the 1990s. In the story, anyone who collects all seven magical Dragon Balls can call the dragon Shenron, who grants one wish.
