What is “The Voice van Vlaanderen”?
The Voice van Vlaanderen is the Flemish-Belgian version of The Voice franchise, broadcast on VTM since 2011. The format follows the global one (blind auditions with chair-spinning coaches, battle rounds, lives), but the music and coaches are distinctively Belgian. Past coaches include Bart Peeters, Koen Wauters, Niels Destadsbader, Karen Damen, Natalia, and Stan Van Samang, the same names that anchor most of Flemish prime-time pop and family TV. The Voice van Vlaanderen sits alongside De Slimste Mens and Familie as one of the highest-rated Flemish productions of any season.
